no it doesn't since the version tag has been incremented, so it will just do a version mismatch

i just updated liblwjgl-devil.jnilib.
devil stuff are the same as previous one.
i'm waiting for DevIL-RC2 to come out since RC1 does not compile on Mac OS X x86.
